Receptionist was very friendly and informed us about the hotel, the bed was perfect, the breakfast was great, and the checkout was not until 12pm.
Customer service at its best. The receptionist gave us a warm welcome with a bit of humor, then she gave us an informed verbal tour of the hotel. The room was clean, the bed with pillow top mattress was so comfy and checkout was not until 12p so we didn't feel rushed to leave. ...read more

I loved the free breakfast each morning.
I did not like the fact that there was no bath tub, only a shower.
I enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. The beds are very comfortable and we felt very relaxed. It's great for a family with the kitchen.

The room was huge, very clean and comfortable. The hotel was easy to find.
I had trouble adjusting the room thermostat.
It was great and we'll definitely stay there again!

The room was very nice, breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the pool immensely.
We asked for an extended checkout time and when we got to our room we were locked out.

Parking was limited and check in space too small - only one car able to drive up to entrance to check in or drop bags off, congested.

Nothing.
We had not viewed the hotel prior to our arrival and did not expect to find a modern, clean, self contained living unit. We would definitely stay again and have been raving to our friends. It was a fantastic getaway. Also we are members of Nobody's and we were able to walk the gym. Our son was playing in the Atlantic Cup Challenge and it was easy to get to and from the rink. ...read more
